Apply for an interim injunction

Filing a notice of objection or appeal does not have a suspensive effect. This means that the decision against which you are appealing will remain in effect as long as your objection or appeal has not been decided. If there is such an urgent interest that the outcome of the objection or appeal proceedings cannot be awaited, you will have to apply to the court for a preliminary injunction.

Attorney BAS A.S. VAN LEEUWEN (LL.M., Esq.) provides the expert assistance required in these matters. He advises on a strategic level, also considering whether going to court can be saved and (further) reputational damage avoided.
