Filing an appeal with the Administrative Court

As a citizen or entrepreneur, do you disagree with a decision on your appeal? If so, Attorney BAS A.S. VAN LEEUWEN (LL.M., Esq.) can file an appeal with the administrative law judge.

The objection procedure involves a reconsideration of the decision. Based on this reconsideration, a decision on the objection is made. (b.o.b.). This decision, if correct, contains an appeal clause. This appeal clause states how you can appeal the decision on the objection to the Court, Administrative Law Sector. You can lodge an appeal by submitting a notice of appeal to the Administrative Law Division of the District Court. In the notice of appeal you should explain why you disagree with the decision on the objection. You also ask the Court, Administrative Law Sector, to reimburse the costs of the objection procedure and the costs of the appeal. For an appeal, the court charges court fees.

Attorney BAS A.S. VAN LEEUWEN (LL.M., Esq.) provides the expert assistance required in these matters. He advises on a strategic level, also considering whether going to court can be saved and (further) reputational damage avoided.
