Tehdit bilgileri yerel polis taraf\u0131ndan toplan\u0131r ve B\u00f6lgesel Bilgi ve Uzmanl\u0131k Merkezi (RIEC) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla analiz edilir; odak noktas\u0131 organize su\u00e7 ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 faaliyetlerdir. Bu bilgi d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri sayesinde belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131, yerel yetkililere y\u00f6nelik tehditler ve topluluk i\u00e7in risk te\u015fkil eden nesne ve etkinliklere kar\u015f\u0131 uygun \u00f6nlemler alabilir.<\/p><p data-start=\"5423\" data-end=\"6056\">Merkezi olmayan alanda, reaktif yakla\u015f\u0131m g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00f6nleyici stratejiyle desteklenir.
