Automatizando atividades administrativas rotineiras, centralizando dados de colaboradores, permitindo decis\u00f5es baseadas em dados e promovendo experi\u00eancias de colaboradores mais personalizadas, a HRTech traz melhorias mensur\u00e1veis na efici\u00eancia operacional, conformidade e engajamento. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA) e aprendizado de m\u00e1quina (ML) aprimora ainda mais as capacidades preditivas para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de rotatividade e an\u00e1lise de lacunas de habilidades. As disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais devem conceder direitos de auditoria sobre documentos financeiros, exigir divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de propriedade real e permitir a suspens\u00e3o imediata dos servi\u00e7os em caso de pagamentos suspeitos.
